An independent Mexican food company based in Llanelli, South Wales. Serving up delicious taco and burritos with ground beef, salsa and tempura avocado. Chicken and mango salsa. Pulled pork with sour cream and chives, as well as a Vegan/vegetarian mushroom options with vegan cheese available too.
We are really pleased that Vegan Filth had such a great time with us at our last event that they cannot wait to return with more of Wales’ finest filthiest vegan food. Their menu changes often and we will leave this one as a surprise. We know all you vegans out there love a bit of the filth. Hand made vegan junk at it’s best. Based in Pontarddulais these lovely lot are firm favourites on the Welsh events scene.
Based in Monmouth the Happy dumpling specialise in handmade Traditional Chinese dumplings, Bao buns, Noodles, Sides and Sweets. They will also be serving up Bubble tea! We stumbled across these at Llanelli food festival recently and they were so much fun we decided they would fit in perfectly at our super family friendly food and drink festival.
Elena will be rejoining us from Sunny Gorseinon once again to cook up her feast of traditional Spanish cuisine. Mouth watering Tapas & Paella featuring local ingredients. Great for sharing!
Well known in these parts for his amazing freshly made, authentic Italian style wood fired pizzas, calzone and garlic pizzas. Simon offers a fantastic variety of choices, including different sauces, toppings. Vegetarian and Vegan versions are available too. They are simply delicious and perfect for sharing.
This lovely family business hail from Carmarthen, one of our neighbouring towns. We think that you will love them for baking up their amazing brownies for this event. We suggest you come hungry. With at least 12 different brownies for you to try including a vegan option and a gluten free option you will be leaving full!
Local to Kidwelly, luckily for us! Sumptuous scrumptious homemade doughnuts that are just a bit decadent. Ferrero Rocher, Coffee and Walnut, Biscoff, Malteser, Homer and White Chocolate Orange are just some of the delicious creations that are the Dotty Doughnuts!
Gilly's coffee will be serving up a selection of homemade cakes and sweets that go perfectly with your favourite hot cuppa!
Pen Y Waun farm rear all their animals on their own family farm based near Carmarthen. They will be serving up Dexter beef burgers and Tamworth Hotdogs, Bacons rolls and much more.
